The food was very good and there was no shortage of snacks as well as special theme nights with pizza, Chinese, and ice cream. Dr. O (Psych) was fantastic and extremely insightful. I had my own room and bathroom which was important so that I could have my own personal and private time. We could also have our phones the entire stay and I was even able to work while here on my laptop in between sessions. Areas to improve would have been more off site excursions. I did get two massages but would have been nice to do more walks or outdoor activities. Fresh air, sunlight, and nature are incredibly healing so would like to see more of those opportunities.
